Port Macquarie to Coffs Harbour

Had a great time in Port Macquarie - catching up with friends (It is about 20 years since I moved from Port Macquarie – a bit slower pace than the Central Coast), nice to slow down and ‘catch my breath’!  Had 2 events that I spoke at on Saturday - an afternoon tea and then at a local Church after a BBQ dinner. Approximately 170 people have learned about the MDG's and the Maternity Ambulance project.

Launch a Success

The launch of the road trip went well on May 4, with about 70 attending, including the Parliamentary Secretary Mr Bob McMullan and his Chief of Staff, Margaret Watt, and local MP’s.

Last Minute Checks

Two days remaining before the official launch of the Road trio and the last stages of preparation are underway. Seats are booked for the first presentation of Millennium Development Goals of the trip, to be held at the Erina Rotary Club on launch day.
